The **5th World Conference on Floating Solutions** is your chance to join the global network of innovators and investors, architects and urban planners, as well as manufacturers and contractors – all the top key players related to special floating construction as we reimagine sustainable urban waterfront development.

## Attend Business Forum Only – One-Day Ticket Available

If you can’t join WCFS 2025 for the full three days, a **One-Day Ticket** is available for Tue 2 September. This ticket gives you full access to all Business Forum sessions, networking opportunities, and on-site catering for the day.

It can also be purchased as a bundle with the   
**Closing Banquet Dinner** in the evening.

### What your ticket includes

- Admission to all **conference sessions** and **keynotes**
- Access to the **Business Forum** and **matchmaking platform**
- Participation in the daily **networking events**
- Access to **Hanaholmen seaside sauna** on Monday evening (free for guests staying at the venue; towel package available for others)
- Lunch, coffee and snacks throughout the conference
- Closing **Banquet Dinner** (extra fee; open to non-participant spouses and guests)
- Option to join **Technical Tour** (extra fee; limited availability).

## One-Day Ticket – Business Forum Day (Tue 2 Sept)

Join WCFS 2025 for **Day 2 only** and take part in the Business Forum – a full day of panels, partner presentations and networking opportunities.

**What’s included**

- Access to all Business Forum sessions on Tuesday 2 September
- Coffee breaks and lunch
- Networking and matchmaking opportunities
- Access to the Hanaholmen seaside sauna on the day

**Please note:** Banquet Dinner is included only in the bundle; it can also be purchased separately (€90) and is open to non-participant guests.

## Cancellation Policy

- Tickets are transferable up to one month before the event. To transfer your ticket, please email us at [info@wcfs2025.com](mailto:info@wcfs2025.com) by **3 August 2025**, and we’ll assist you with the process.
- Refunds are available for cancellations made before **3 June 2025**; no refunds will be issued after that date.
- Tickets for the Christmas sale, Banquet dinner and Technical Tour are non-refundable.

**Registration open until the beginning of conference**. Event capacity is limited; ticket sales may end earlier.
