If you can’t join WCFS 2025 for the full three days, a
One-Day Ticket is available for Tue 2 September.
This ticket gives you full access to all Business Forum sessions, networking opportunities, and on-site catering for the day.
It can also be purchased as a bundle with the
Closing Banquet Dinner in the evening.

Join WCFS 2025 for Day 2 only and take part in the Business Forum – a full day of panels, partner presentations and networking opportunities.

Please note:
- Banquet Dinner is included only in the bundle; it can also be purchased separately (€90) and is open to non-participant guests.
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets are transferable up to one month before the event. To transfer your ticket, please email us at info@wcfs2025.com by 3 August 2025, and we’ll assist you with the process.
- Refunds are available for cancellations made before 3 June 2025; no refunds will be issued after that date.
- Tickets for the Christmas sale, Banquet dinner and Technical Tour are non-refundable.
